3. Cranberry Power Squares
Imagine a fresh baked treat with the nutritional punch of an energy bar. An M&J's Power Snack. With Organic whole grains and "goodies" like chocolate chips and cranberries - M&J's Power Snacks taste like an oven fresh treat that also have 7 g of protein, 400 mg of ALA omega-3, and are good source of calcium, iron, and fiber. As breakfast, a soccer snack, or on a hike --these will keep you going!
Directions
Basic Directions:Preheat oven to 350 F. Lightly grease or spray 8x8 baking pan.
What you need:
- 3/4 cup applesauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp water
What you Do:
Mix applesauce, oil and water with Power Snacks mix. Blend until moist and uniform and bake for 28 - 30 min. Let cool and cut into 9 squares.
